If you have ever heard the saying “trust is earned not given” then after 20 years of using Morry Newman to do my client’s mortgages, I can truly say I trust Morry Newman implicitly.  My friendship with Morry began twenty five years ago as an underclassmen at Florida State University. After graduation, I began practicing real estate with Coldwell Banker, EWM and later with ReMax. I have had plenty of loan officers in twenty-one years of practicing real-estate so to say that I have seen the good the bad and the ugly that only that kind of experience can garner, is one that is both objective and quantifiable.  I have worked with Wells Fargo, Citi, Bank Atlantic as well as a number of other financial institutions on mortgages when the client’s had chosen the lender with varying degrees of effectiveness and timely communications. But with Morry, my client’s or I can pick up the phone and get a response right away. When you are dealing with such a large and important life changing personal and financial life changing event do you want to trust it to someone who is unproven? Buying a home is nothing like any other financial commitment you will make and unfortunately, many treat it as if it were some routine purchase.

 

I can objectively say that I refer Morry Newman to all of my client’s as well as my friends and family as he truly earns my trust with every transaction.
