I am a Police Officer and my wife is in the customer service industry. Let me start off by thanking Morry Newman for everything he has done. My wife and I began the home buying process back in June. After months of going nowhere, I was suggested to call Morry. Within a week, Morry had assisted us in finding a home we fell in love with and with assisting us with our loan. All the confusing documentations for a first home owner like ourselves was explained easily to us thanks to Morry. He took the time to explain every detail of the home buying process in a way that would reduce stress on us, the buyers. At the time though, my wife and I were worried about closing due to us leaving for a few weeks in October to get married. It's hard to believe the amount of effort and work Morry did to help us get the home. We had to deal with time constraints, lots of information that we were new too, and unfortunately the day of our closing was the day after Hurricane Matthew was supposed to hit. With the Hurricane possibly delaying the closing our hopes were dwindling. The best thing about that day was the call I received from Morry after he told me he would work some magic. He called and told me we were cleared to close, so we did. We cannot thank Morry enough for all he has done. Thanks to him, we were able to close on our dream home. The home and the marriage made October of 2016 the best of my life.
