After my fiancé and I found the home of our dreams, we went through several mortgage brokers that were unable to meet our needs. At the time my fiancé was 8 months pregnant and we had limited time to find someone who could meet our needs and allow us to close on the house before the baby's due date.

Thankfully we found Morry J. Newman who exceeded our expectations and guided us through the stressful process of purchasing a home. During this process, my fiancé and I were working odd hours due to her being an ER nurse and myself being a police officer. Morry was able to accommodate our schedules and still deliver prompt results. Initially, we were given a closing date 2 days after when our baby was due. Morry was able to speed up the underwriting process to where we actually closed 2 weeks before the baby's due date.

This gave us just enough time to move in, set up the nursery, and get settled before our baby daughter was born the day after her due date. Morry is a hard worker who genuinely cares about his clients and strives to provide excellent outcomes. His diligence, knowledge, and tenacity, did not go unnoticed.
