He is very knowledgeable with the home buying process as well as the VA loan which applied to us. Being new to Florida and not knowing much about the state regulations for homes, Morris was quick to let us know what needed to be done and what will benefit us. A few months back I wanted to refinance my house so I called the quick/rocket company. At 1st it was good but I was dealing with someone in California and I live in Florida. After 4 months and 6 different agents that they transferred me through during the process, they told me I was upside-down on my property.
