In this competitive market Mr. Newman was able to help us find, complete financing, and close on our home in less than one month. We used VA financing which normally slows the process down.

My wife and I went to Morry to help us find our home, and he did much more than just help us find a home. We found our dream home! We were very picky, and Morry was very patient with us, and never stopped looking for the home we really wanted. He worked very hard for us to find exactly what we wanted. Morry showed us numerous properties and got us in to multiple Open Houses, and he traveled far from his office in order to do so. Then when we found the home we wanted, Morry worked extremely hard to help get us the loan. He also introduced us to contractors, and stayed in touch with us well after the sale of the home to ensure we were totally satisfied with everything. Morris helped me refinance my home and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Through the entire process he kept me informed and answered any questions I had. His instructions were clear and he worked with me to ensure everything was appropriately filled out and submitted in a timely manner that ensured the fastest close on my home. Everything was completed online through email or other channels and the final signing of papers was simple, too! He had the closing agent come to my home and notarize all signatures. It really couldn’t have been easier. I would highly recommend working with Morris and I am planning to use him again in the future very soon!
Hands down the best agent I have dealt with. If I didn’t find Morry when I did my wife and I would probably still be renting a house. Morry and I were dealt with some unusual cards looking for a house during Covid-19. I can say he got the job done within the time frame we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to find their forever home. He is very knowledgeable with all loans but also had all the knowledge of the VA loan I wanted to use as I am a Veteran. Our experience being first-time home buyers was exceptionally fantastic! Our realtor, Morris Newman made it so easy and answered every question we had no matter the time of day. He is very knowledgeable with the home buying process as well as the VA loan which applied to us. Being new to Florida and not knowing much about the state regulations for homes, Morris was quick to let us know what needed to be done and what will benefit us.
