About six month ago I got stationed in Broward County as a Marine Corps recruiter.  I was coming from Missouri were I had owned a home for the last 3 years. My wife and I decided that it would be easier for our two daughters to adjust to the move, if we could find a house in Florida that we could call home.  So we started the long and tedious process of buying a house.  I was lucky enough to have found our realtor Morris Newman through a mutual friend. This was the second time I was using my VA benefits to purchase a house. So I had a decent understanding of the process but I was not looking forward to it. Morris made it as stress free and smooth as possible.  From the very beginning he took interest in helping us find specifically what we were looking for. He made sure he knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t waste any time finding us the right house that meet our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable in the business, understands both the real estate and financial side. As well as how the VA benefits work. I felt like I was in cruise control the whole time (unlike our first experience buying a house) he made sure that everything was taking care of in a timely manner, being proactive every step of the way. There wasn’t a question that he couldn’t answer or a problem that he couldn’t find a solution for.  I can truly say that he sincerely cares for his customers and is willing to do whatever it takes. He is an amazing realtor a genuine person that I consider a friend. We will without a doubt be asking for his help with any future real estate needs.
