After my fiancé and I found the home of our dreams, we went through several mortgage brokers that were unable to meet our needs. At the time my fiancé was 8 months pregnant and we had limited time to find someone who could meet our needs and allow us to close on the house before the baby's due date.

Thankfully we found Morry J. Newman who exceeded our expectations and guided us through the stressful process of purchasing a home. During this process, my fiancé and I were working odd hours due to her being an ER nurse and myself being a police officer. Morry was able to accommodate our schedules and still deliver prompt results. Initially, we were given a closing date 2 days after when our baby was due. Morry was able to speed up the underwriting process to where we actually closed 2 weeks before the baby's due date.

This gave us just enough time to move in, set up the nursery, and get settled before our baby daughter was born the day after her due date. Morry is a hard worker who genuinely cares about his clients and strives to provide excellent outcomes. His diligence, knowledge, and tenacity, did not go unnoticed. We could not be more thankful for the results he was able to yield.

I have known Morris J Newman for over twenty years and contacted him to help me with a refinance. It was a very simple process as he sent me a list of all the items I needed. He explained each step as we went along. I converted a 30 year loan to a 15 year and my payments are not too far off. We ordered a wind mitigation for my house and realized I was paying way too much for my insurance policy (Double). Mr. Morris J. Newman of American Hero Mortgage is the most dedicated and honest mortgage broker you will ever come across. There are a lot of players in the game that make mortgage deals work, and if these players don’t work together your deal may not close when intended. I would consider Morris as the General Manager of all deals. He works diligently to ensure all players are on the same page in order to carry out these deals efficiently. My deal was unique to the fact that I had to switch my FHA loan to a Conventional loan. Morris executed my closing in timely manner due to his persistence and drive. Morris stays with you throughout the entire process, beginning to end, and even after it ends he still offers his time for advice. My family now has a beautiful home to live and grow in, and it couldn’t have been done without Mr. Morris J. Newman. Not only did I gain a wealth of knowledge by going with Morris but I also gained a friend in the end. I couldn't have asked for a better, more dedicated and smooth financial officer/adviser then Mr. Morris J. Newman. 

Of course, the home I had to have was the home that 3 other loan officers tried to close on...and failed! Newman's relentless effort with the bank (short sale) and continuously talking me off the ledge was unparalleled.  Newman took care of getting me competitive insurance, fantastic interest rate,  and meet all 30+ conditions the bank required to close (definitely a moments I was ready to throw in the towel and Newman didn't let me). 

Newman's effort didn't stop at closing, he set me up with excellent contractors who did amazing work at even more amazing prices.  Newman still follows up with me until today and asks for progress pictures, shares opinions and offers any assistance I may need.  I cant thank him enough and would recommend him to all my friends and family without hesitation!
