Our experience being first-time home buyers was exceptionally fantastic! Our realtor, Morris Newman made it so easy and answered every question we had no matter the time of day. Being new to Florida and not knowing much about the state regulations for homes, Morris was quick to let us know what needed to be done and what will benefit us. He worked around our schedules so we both could meet at the showings and even suggested things to do on potential properties to benefit us in the long run. When issues came about because of the seller, Morris did everything in his power to fix the situation. I highly recommend Morry Newman for anyone looking to buy a new home or to refinance. Prior to meeting Mr. Newman, I had spoken to multiple mortgage lenders. A few months back I wanted to refinance my house so I called the quick/rocket company.  At 1^st it was good but I was dealing with someone in California and I live in Florida. After 4 months and 6 different agents that they transferred me through during the process, they told me I was upside-down on my property.  They said, “There is nothing we can do for you unless you have at least 30k to make up the shortfall!”
