There are a lot of players in the game that make mortgage deals work, and if these players don’t work together your deal may not close when intended. I would consider Morris as the General Manager of all deals. He works diligently to ensure all players are on the same page in order to carry out these deals efficiently. My deal was unique to the fact that I had to switch my FHA loan to a Conventional loan. Morris executed my closing in timely manner due to his persistence and drive. Morris stays with you throughout the entire process, beginning to end, and even after it ends he still offers his time for advice. My family now has a beautiful home to live and grow in, and it couldn’t have been done without Mr. Morris J. Newman. Not only did I gain a wealth of knowledge by going with Morris but I also gained a friend in the end.
