My wife and I went to Morry to help us find our home, and he did much more than just help us find a home. We found our dream home! We were very picky, and Morry was very patient with us, and never stopped looking for the home we really wanted. He worked very hard for us to find exactly what we wanted. Morry showed us numerous properties and got us in to multiple Open Houses, and he traveled far from his office in order to do so. Then when we found the home we wanted, Morry worked extremely hard to help get us the loan. He also introduced us to contractors, and stayed in touch with us well after the sale of the home to ensure we were totally satisfied with everything. I can’t say enough good things about Morry, his work ethic, and the care he showed.
Hands down the best agent I have dealt with. If I didn’t find Morry when I did my wife and I would probably still be renting a house. Morry and I were dealt with some unusual cards looking for a house during Covid-19. I can say he got the job done within the time frame we wanted. After my fiancé and I found the home of our dreams, we went through several mortgage brokers that were unable to meet our needs. At the time my fiancé was 8 months pregnant and we had limited time to find someone who could meet our needs and allow us to close on the house before the baby's due date.
Thankfully we found Morry J. Newman who exceeded our expectations and guided us through the stressful process of purchasing a home. During this process, my fiancé and I were working odd hours due to her being an ER nurse and myself being a police officer. Morry was able to accommodate our schedules and still deliver prompt results. Initially, we were given a closing date 2 days after when our baby was due. Morry was able to speed up the underwriting process to where we actually closed 2 weeks before the baby's due date.
This gave us just enough time to move in, set up the nursery, and get settled before our baby daughter was born the day after her due date. Mr. Morris J. Newman of American Hero Mortgage is the most dedicated and honest mortgage broker you will ever come across. There are a lot of players in the game that make mortgage deals work, and if these players don’t work together your deal may not close when intended. I would consider Morris as the General Manager of all deals. He works diligently to ensure all players are on the same page in order to carry out these deals efficiently. My deal was unique to the fact that I had to switch my FHA loan to a Conventional loan. Morris executed my closing in timely manner due to his persistence and drive. Morris stays with you throughout the entire process, beginning to end, and even after it ends he still offers his time for advice.
