After my fiancé and I found the home of our dreams, we went through several mortgage brokers that were unable to meet our needs. At the time my fiancé was 8 months pregnant and we had limited time to find someone who could meet our needs and allow us to close on the house before the baby's due date.

This gave us just enough time to move in, set up the nursery, and get settled before our baby daughter was born the day after her due date.
