A few months back I wanted to refinance my house so I called the quick/rocket company. At 1st it was good but I was dealing with someone in California and I live in Florida. After 4 months and 6 different agents that they transferred me through during the process, they told me I was upside-down on my property. First I want to thank God for blessing me with my house. I never thought that I be a home owner in Florida. Reason why I say that because my first lender and loan officer toke away all my hopes saying that I was not able to get the house for different reasons. Still had faith and God bless me. What that first lender and loan officer said wasn't possible this great person name Morris Newman made possible. He was able to get me the house that I wanted and been dreaming to have since I moved to Florida 12 years ago.
