About six month ago I got stationed in Broward County as a Marine Corps recruiter. I was coming from Missouri were I had owned a home for the last 3 years. My wife and I decided that it would be easier for our two daughters to adjust to the move, if we could find a house in Florida that we could call home. So we started the long and tedious process of buying a house. I was lucky enough to have found our realtor Morris Newman through a mutual friend. A few months back I wanted to refinance my house so I called the quick/rocket company. At 1st it was good but I was dealing with someone in California and I live in Florida. After 4 months and 6 different agents that they transferred me through during the process, they told me I was upside-down on my property. First I want to thank God for blessing me with my house. I never thought that I be a home owner in Florida. Reason why I say that because my first lender and loan officer toke away all my hopes saying that I was not able to get the house for different reasons. Still had faith and God bless me.
